Refund policy

 

No Hassle Returns

  • We stand behind all the products we sell, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
  • All unused items returned with tags, original package and receipt will be refunded to the original form of payment, regardless of when it was purchased.
  • Items that are returned without original receipt and in new, resalable condition are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Please note:
  • Shipping charges from online orders are non-refundable.
  • $4.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping for standard size/weight packages when your return is mailed using the prepaid shipping label provided.
  • We cannot accept return shipments of items purchased in-store, from other retailers, or from other websites.

 

Online Purchases & Return Shipments

To return an item you bought online from workworld.com:


  1. You will need your order number from the Order Confirmation email, or from the Packing Slip included with your shipment
  2. Contact support@workworld.com to initiate a return. For fastest service, please include the word “Return” and your Order Number in the email subject line.
  3. Our customer care team will process your return and provide you with a Return Shipping Label.
  4. Place the items you wish to return in the box they came in or another shipping box.
  5. Complete the form that came with your order and include it in your return shipment.
  6. Adhere the Return Label to the outside of the box, and bring your package to a UPS store or UPS shipping provider.
  7. Once we receive and process your items, you will receive an email confirming the return
  8. Please allow up to seven (7) business days from the confirmation of your return for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
  9. $4.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping for standard size/weight packages when your return is mailed using the prepaid shipping label provided.

 

In-Store Returns

You may return your items to any Work World or Whistle Workwear store with your original receipt or the printed Packing Slip you received with your online order.


For online orders returned in store:

  1. Bring your items to the checkout counter, and an associate with verify your items and your order number.
  2. We will collect the items and process the return within 48 hours.
  3. Once we process your items, you will receive an email confirming the return.
  4. Please allow up to seven (7) business days from the confirmation of your return for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for online orders, but are processed as a new order. For help with exchanges, please contact support@workworld.com.

 

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used on your order. For credit card refunds, please allow one (1) to two (2) billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. You will receive an email from us confirming the processing of your return.

 

Gifts

You may return items you received as a gift for an exchange (in-store only), or for merchandise credit in the form of a gift card. Gift cards may be redeemed at any Work World or Whistle Workwear store and online. For additional information about gift cards, please review our gift card policy.


If the original purchaser wishes to receive a full refund for a gift, the items must be returned with the original receipt or packing slip. Please follow the returns instructions listed in this policy.

 

 

Defective Merchandise

Work World promises our “Tough as Nails” guarantee on all items we sell to withstand normal wear-and-tear for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.


If an item is defective or is not withstanding normal wear-and-tear, please return it to a Work World or Whistle Workwear store for assessment and replacement. You may also ship back defective merchandise free of charge. Please contact support@workworld.com for specific instructions.

 

Incorrect Items & Damaged Goods

If an item was damaged in shipment or is not the item you ordered, we will gladly exchange the item at any Work World or Whistle Workwear store, or by shipping you a new item.


  1. You will need your order number from the Order Confirmation email, or from the Packing Slip included with your shipment.
  2. Contact support@workworld.com to initiate an exchange. For fastest service, please include the word “Damaged” or the phrase “Incorrect Item” and your Order Number in the email subject line.
  3. Or bring the item with your original receipt or the printed Packing Slip to any Work World or Whistle Workwear store.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Work World is not responsible for lost, undelivered, or stolen packages once they have shipped. Work World assumes no responsibility or liability for items after point of shipment.
