Shipping Destinations 

Work World ships only within the 48 contiguous U.S. States and Washington D.C.
Work World does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, Military APOs or internationally. 
 


Shipping Times

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimated times from UPS, our shipping carrierPlease allow up to five (5) business days for processing before your order leaves our distribution center. All shipping methods are subject to our processing time. Orders are processed and shipped out Monday – Friday.

We do our best to prioritize Standard and Express shipment orders, but with higher order volumethis is not always possible. 

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays:

    • New Year's Day
    • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
    • President's Day
    • Memorial Day
    • 4th of July
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day

 

Flat Rate Shipping

Work World ships online orders via UPS and charges flat rate shipping costs. Only the below shipping methods are available. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

The UPS Service Guarantee is currently suspended by UPS® for all shipments except Next Day Air®. Work World does not offer Next Day shipping.

 

Free Shipping

Free Economy shipping is automatically applied to all orders $95.00 or more. For promotional purposes, free Economy shipping may be available with a discount code. If you have a code, apply the code at checkout to receive free Economy shipping.  Free Economy shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous U.S. States and Washington D.C. 

Standard and Express shipping methods do not qualify for free shipping.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. 


Returns & Exchanges

Please see our full returns policy here. 

  • We stand behind all the products we sell, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
  • All unused items returned with tags, original package and receipt/packing slip will be refunded to the original form of payment, regardless of when it was purchased. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • To ship items for return, contact support@workworld.com. We will confirm your order and provide a return shipping label. Securely package your items, original packaging preferred, adhere the label and drop off the package at your local UPS store or UPS pick-up location.
  • Please note: $4.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping for standard size/weight packages when your return is mailed using the prepaid shipping label provided.
  • You may also return your items for no additional charge at any Work World or Whistle Workwear retail store. Bring your unused items and packing slip to one of our stores, find a store here.
  • Exchanges are available, but processed as a new order.
  • For defective items, please contact support@workworld.com. 

 

Cancellations

Once you place your order, you may cancel or change your order before it is shipped – typically within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email to indicate when the order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Work World is not responsible for lost, undelivered, or stolen packages once they have shipped. We assume no responsibility or liability for items after the point of shipment. In the event of such issues, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. Thank you for your understanding.
